Nice futuristic design. Looks to me like a cross between the Smart Car and a Kawasaki Ninja. Also reminds me a little of the Gilera Fuoco 500cc. Based on its appearance, I say its designed to go very fast (or at least give that impression). The rear fins especially give this impression because they seemed to be angled in such a way as to provide a downward push against the wind, preventing the vehicle from accidentally taking off during high speed travel.

It looks more like a bike to me. Also this kind of concept is not so ideal for people who have families since it is only one-seater.
